In the last week of term in Computer Science, our brilliant Year 8 students have been hard at work creating their very own real-time computer games — and the classroom has been full of energy and imagination!
Each student has chosen a unique theme, designed their own images, and used coding sheets to help make their games function smoothly.Even though they’ve missed out on lesson time due to the recent bank holidays, this hasn’t stopped them. They’ve shown fantastic commitment, working hard to catch up and make real progress on their projects. With Pop Goes Classical playing softly in the background, the room has been a perfect mix of focus and fun.It’s been an absolute pleasure to see their ideas come to life and their coding skills shine. One very proud teacher I can safely say (Mrs Farley)— our Year 8s are rising stars in the world of tech!
